There isn’t a public school teacher anywhere worth a severance package of $2M. That would be clear public malfeasance.

Because public universities are government entities, tenured professors may be entitled to procedural due process under the Fourteenth Amendment before being terminated.

The real crime is that state universities across the land are paying people like this thing in droves to "teach" shite like "Queer Anthropology, Feminist Anthropology and Decolonization," at what I'm sure are rather healthy six-figure salaries.

As far as I know, the constitution treated native Americans as members of a tribal sovereign, independent nation. Where does it say they were considered not to be human beings?

Profs in that field make less than $100K in most cases. 67% of 1.9 is basically a life salary for her.
