Key word- settlement. A jury never decided whether the University did anything wrong.

“Even those who are claiming to be sad for his wife and kids… [they] are better off living without a disgusting psychopath like him.”

“His wife, well she’s a sick frick for marrying him so I don’t [sic] care about his feelings.”

Well now that a precedemt has been set the few conservative professors at UT should be free to speak their minds The comparator is now in place.

If this is true from 1898:
"All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside."

Then why did we have to pass a Constitutional amendment in 1924 to make native Americans legal citizens? Were they not subject to the US jurisdiction?

You can’t be fired for saying something your employer doesn’t want you to?

I’m sure it differs per state, but surely I couldn’t go around saying the n word and expect to be able to receive money if I’m fired.

Private company, yes you can.

Public entity, you still can (or at least you used to be able to), but it's a lot harder.

It has to pass Constitutional First Amendment muster.

And some brave soul in the same university that this degenerate woman "taught" in needs to do just that. Post it all over social media and sue them if they get fired.
