Iran isn't the backward country like Afghanistan for example is and was. They have an extensive underground network that I don't think can be taken out with just an air assault.

Trump started the conflict in Iran to once and for all solve our problems in the Middle East.

Dragging it out any longer is a bad look
So, you will be ok with the loss of American life that will be necessary to end it sooner?
Somehow, I think you would complain more about that than the time it takes for a blockade to force a surrender.
All the people against the war want 1 of 2 things:
1. Complete surrender and withdrawal of American forces, wasting everything we've done so far and sending the message that America is weak
2. Escalation requiring actual on-the-ground combat to end it sooner regardless of loss of life or public perception
Both of those are far worse ideas than continuing a blockade that is strangling their economy.
It's like some people just want Trump to make a bad decision so they have another reason to complain.

yes it is. But POTUS Trump will be able to give the US MSM a chance to really step on the gas and tell Americans what a "meanie" POTUS Trump is for making the enemy so weak the Iranian people are able to take their country back.
