re: Congrats to A&M ...solid season

Not quite. “Better teams on the schedule” does not mean “teams with 3 losses” should get into the playoffs.

You’re interpreting what you want to see. Lol.

Beating teams you are supposed to beat establishes a baseline.

You may or may not feel like Sark will just inexplicably drop games against teams you should beat

Yeah. Our only losses this season were to the better teams on the schedule.
Elko will get another shot at it next year.

But at least Elko doesn’t get depantsed by Sunbelt Billy on the regular.

Dang bro, it’s easy to be critical of Elko now, but it’s only his second season.

What was Sark’s record at Texas after his second season? 13-12?

Yep, I guess Architect confirmed it…

Solid second season for Elko.

Schedule will be tougher next season (on paper).

Also seems like parity is here with the transfer portal and teams can dramatically from year to year.

Travis Williams is the LB coach who was previously the Arkansas DC.
Bama has good receivers.

Indiana has 2 secondary players with All American recognition.

And numerous other players are all Big-10.

Indiana also has good receivers and a good running game with multiple backs who carry the ball.
Which position group matchup do you think strongly favors Bama?
Yep. Bama is battle tested. No argument there.

I was just speaking to talent comparisons.

The Hoosiers are well coached and disciplined.

7 points is a good spread.

It isn't like Indiana has bought a lot of top talent in the portal that the blue bloods were trying to land, outside of Mendoza.

Well if you see them in person, you can tell that they have what it takes.

Plus there is that chart about percentage of roster that is portal and I thought Indiana had the most portal players.

So they probably have a crap ton of experienced players.
I was very impressed from the athleticism that I saw from those young women.
To be fair. Nobody actually GAF about Cowherd or his opinions.
Productive player and in the starting lineup when healthy

Whole thread is people BSing. They also have a better defense & better RBs. If I were into betting — IU outrushing AL looks like the easiest money as you will see the rest of this post season.

Winner.

Bama doesn’t have a talent advantage.
Indiana has the same type of players that Ohio State has. And they play like it. They just have a different logo.

But they are the top seed because they have the dudes and the coaching to win it all.

How do you figure this? It seemed like the issue was lack of execution on the QBs part.

That play was a carbon copy of the interception at the end of the Texas game.

Let’s not call that play anymore. It was not even 4th down desperation time.

A&M goal line offense is easy to scheme for if the OC is that predictable.
What’s cool about Volleyball is these girls (probably for both teams) are actually really easy to cheer for. And good to listen to at the podium.

Nice smiles. Fun personalities. Thoughtful answers. Smart and competitive and classy.
Is that the Houston Skyline Club team or some other one?
Congrats Ladies!!! National Champs!!!

The girls taking care of business. Picking up the slack for the Athletic Department.
Yes, I know. I’m aware that A&M is Not the top team in the country and would have probably lost to Ohio State.

It was close. But not good enough to win it.
Texas lost to Florida, but otherwise…
