All he is saying is that she's not black. Which is untrue according to most.
Point out that when talking to one group (or period of time) she claims to be Indian while talking to another she claims to be black. It doesn't matter what race she is. The point is she says whatever most benefits her in that exact moment. He needs to do that.
Not just say "She ain't black".
*I don't think he should be talking about it at all, let the surrogates do that, but if he insists he needs to do the above.

I mean...I know he's using this as a "gotcha"...but her mother was half Indian, and her father was half Jamaican...so, I guess that would mean that (like Tiger Woods), she is part Black and part Asian.
Her mother was actually born in India and her father was born in Jamaica. To me, there are a ton of other things to focus on for Harris...listening to interviews of actual Democrats who worked for her and talked about what a difficult and often horrible person she is to work for...how she has trouble prioritizing things. I don't know that I would spend as much time on this as I would the low hanging fruit.
