We heard all about this phone call until we read the transcript. Let's stop talking about these text messages and see them. You can bet your arse the longer it takes for us to see them the more likely it's another nothingburger

No they don't.

Aside from William Taylor's unsourced, unilateral suppositionals, not a single text in the piece shows that. Not one. Meanwhile, Taylor's missives have nothing to do with Trump's statements and, as was put to him on Sept 8th, are in direct contradiction to what Trump said.

Taylor should absolutely be called in and questioned as to his basis for the Sept 1st and 8th texts. My guess is Taylor's source will prove to be someone connected directly or indirectly to Schiff, the WB, or both.

Tell that to her empty-handed underlings who spent hours yesterday in an attempted Volker inquisition.

From the article:

quote:

Mr. Sondland responded that he believed Mr. Taylor was “incorrect about President Trump’s intentions.” He added: “The President has been crystal clear no quid pro quo’s of any kind” and urged that the two “stop the back and forth by text.”

Explain to me why the president asking for an investigation into reasonably possible corruption is a bad thing. Why is that a problem?

You honestly believe Trump would be going to these lengths, asking multiple countries now, to investigate Biden, if Biden wasn’t running against him?

Remember when you used to pretend that you didn't support impeachment?

And, to answer your question, Trump isn't worried about Biden politically. That's probably the biggest lie of everything.

You'd have to have the IQ of a grapefruit to think that Biden has a chance to be elected.

Did you really just post something from Mueller's testimony that was later corrected but leave out the correction?

So, is this why Schiff went radio silent yesterday and hasn’t released Volker’s testimony? So they could run a few hit pieces?

The OP and Democrats also conveniently left out the fact prior to any Trump conversation, Biden was already the subject of an active investigation in the Ukraine. Trump knew that. The Ukrainian Prosecutor General reached out to AG Barr concerning Biden months in advance of the July 25 phone call. The OP and Democrats also conveniently failed to mention Sen Chris Murphy threatened to cut off aid if the Ukraine continued its ongoing Biden investigation.

Except there was no "pressure" to investigate Biden, because the investigation was already underway, and the texts show our Ukrainian Chargé d'affaires was confused by Dem interjections regarding a supposed Trump quid pro quo.

The headline is unsupported BS.

But this WSJ 20-something lead author already won a Pulitzer for similarly misleading headlines dealing with the Michael Cohen - Stormy Daniels story.

So the musings of an Obama holdover about his opinions of the President's actions is the smoking gun?

That same holdover that by every account shite the Democrats' cereal bowl yesterday?

I find it amazing how the media manipulates a story to fit the narrative they want to tell. They read something about Trump then they add a bunch of theories to it, they read something about Biden and they blow it off like it was made up. They are bold.

Well, the WSJ/Wapo/NYT want you to believe something else.

Is anyone else getting fed up with the blatant gaslighting that goes on ever morning after we have witnessed the events unfolding the day before.

The MSM has become unhinged in its coordination with the DNC.

Just to be clear, this dude was a Bush appointee who Obama replaces in ‘09. I don’t think he qualifies as a “holdover.”
