What does this have to do with the Biden investigation Trump asked for?
Shouldn’t we understand the prior administrations corruption in Ukraine in its entirety?
Who knows how these layers of corruption are interwoven. It could unearth more criminality amongst more persons.

First of all, Ukraine had an ongoing investigation of the Bidens in place. Trump knew that. So he's not asking for something already ongoing. He is giving cover for Zelensky to continue.
But regarding your response more generally, there are 4 Ukrainian issues at question. (1) Rampant past corruption involving FW&A of US provisions to Ukraine, (2) Refusal of allies to fund Ukrainian assistance efforts, (3) US corrupt-political influence in Ukrainian matters including Biden, and (4) Ukraine's interference in the 2016 US election.
Our exchange here is generally focused on (3)Biden and (4)2016-election-interference based on the journalist's imbecilic quote which we've discussed.
You seem to ask questions regarding "(3)" then respond to the answer by asking what the answer has to do with "(4)", and vice versa. If you are doing that deliberately, it's silly. If not, I'm trying as best I can to help you out.
When you conflated "crowdstrike" with general investigation of Ukrainian 2016 election interference, I even tried to ellipsis-out Biden-related elements of the quote to help you focus on pertinent 2016-election-interference. Apparently that did not work either.
As noted months ago, Ukraine's Prosecutor General expressed desire to meet with and detail Bill Barr on various aspects of US corruption in Ukraine. Included under that heading would be activities of Joe and Hunter Biden. If the USAG and UkPG have met, the Bidens have been discussed. Beyond that, Barr's DOJ folks have a habit of not discussing ongoing investigations.
We know Durham is involved in Ukraine. Biden might or might not fall within Durham's purview. So it's hard to say what Durham's involvement would be.
