We have to put kosher and halal symbols on cheese?

No, we don’t have to. Private companies choose to do it.

I really don’t understand the difference between labeling dairy as Halal or something else as Kosher. They’re letting religious followers know if their food follows a certain diet.

This seems like rage bait.

I would not ever do business with someone who follows a creed or religion that specifically states to subjugate or kill the non-believers. They call them infidels.

There are no better cheeses than Tillamook . Some have had to change their label to cheese flavored dairy product … ( not real cheese ).

The cheese is already halal and they're just correctly labeling it as a status it already was, correct?

This thread is an IQ test and an emotional rage bait susceptibility test all in one

That is correct, many of their products have been Halal for over ten years. Not a fan of those Oregon hipsters but their cheese and ice cream are top notch.

Maybe a dumb question, but how is Halal different than Kosher? Not a "commentary" question - I'm literally interested in the difference between the two
