Yawn. More americans would die over there fighting for regime change than the next hundred years of iranian terrorism. Even if they got a nuke.

You either fight these fights on American soil or abroad. You don't get the option of "staying out of it." Eventually, these conflicts will reach domestic shores if we are passive

We have heard this shite since Lyndon Johnson until today.

Lies. Nothing but lies.

How about we change our foreign policy and stop being the policeman for the world.

The greatest threat by far that we face today is an invasion from third world shitholes by illegal immigrants allowed by Democrats.

The Democrat Party is our greatest enemy.

This 100%. The sole responsibility of the government of the United States is to protect the people of this country.! So many many naïve people out there who don’t realize the pure hatred for this country and a lot of that hatred stems from jealousy.

Last I checked, there is no specific group who calls themselves "neocon". It's just a name given by others.

In life things happen and you must step up. We're very fortunate to actually be in this situation where we have a very mad and dangerous foe on the ropes before we drop a single bomb.

Since 1979, the enemy has announced they will do anything to end Israel, Britain, France and America. There is no other country close who sponsors terrorism in the amounts that Iran does. We can finally end 80% of that and get the jump on the next country who decides they want to take Iran's place.

Now is not the time to be afraid and turn back to being sheep. We must remain our own protector.

I am practically dumbfounded to be in agreement with virtually all of your post.

I would only add that, while an ‘act of war’, bombing is nowhere near the same as ‘boots on the ground’.

Islamic acts of terror came first.

However, that doesn't mean one HAS to follow the other. Intervening and deciding on their government is not required, nor recommended, nor has been worth a damn.

The US has seen the best results when we have quietly assisted dictators to take over rather than openly tried to install democracy. If you're going to do one, if just can't help yourself, then install dictators quietly. We should get out of that business all together.

THE NEO CONS ARE BACK BABY“(quote SFP)

Neocons believe in spreading Democracy via violent means. MAGA does not believe that, no more so than did the Founders when they nullified pure Democracy with the Constitutional Republic. A lot of people cannot handle Freedom because it delivers them the consequences of their choices. Many go for *Democratic Authoritarian * Socialism and “economic equality “. The determination of which ideology holds formal power cannot be established via voting, as voting IS the problem.

We're they pursuing political ends or financial ends? I don't think financial ends are terrorism. Although in terms of the Geneva Convention protections it's sometimes argued that terrorists should fall under the category of pirates.
