I know I just said to question the motives of MSM being critical here, but sheesh

I'm pretty cynical about everything these days but maybe even they realize this is an all time disaster in progress with a lot of lives in the balance.

Term. Limits.
We have them. House is 2 years, Senate is 6 years, president is 4 years.

The voters don't want term limits.

They should count themselves very fricking fortunate that they can be depressed and despair from their plush leather desk chairs in DC.

Compare that to the terror and absolute desperation Americans in Kabul are feeling right now.

Nancy with the spin in full gear, I see:

Nancy Pelosi was asked about the tens of billions of dollars in equipment left behind for the Taliban.

She says that “This is what happens when you withdraw.” LINK

It’s like when the AC isn’t working right in an office building and the women there are complaining that it’s so hot…

“I commend Mr Simpson for the action that he took. It was strong. It was decisive.”

What the frick does that even mean? It could be used to justify basically anything.

Something I found interesting: The Jihad Literacy Project

"As part of its support of the Afghan resistance to Soviet invasion, the United States Agency for International Development spent $50 million on a "jihad literacy" project between 1986 and 1992. The U.S. government paid for and approved curricular materials for small children that emphasized religious war."

The people who were educated this way are now in their 40s running around Afghanistan.
