I was in the army national guard for 6 years and was a SSG / E-6 when I received my commission. I retired at 20 years as a Major O-4 .So, many of us “Mustangs” don’t make LTC at 20 years.

No. Dumbasses dont deserve to be shot. However, I would send him to the tiniest most remote island in the Pacific Ocean on a four year duty assignment.

Whatever the most severe penalty can be given. Shot or hung by the neck on the same steps where he betrayed his country and his leadership.
I don't think death is a possible consequence for his infraction, but a dishonorable discharge is the least of what he should receive.
I hope Hegseth doesn't play patty cake with this traitor.

Because the POS creep did what he did in uniform, he should be subjected to the full force of the UCMJ, which probably entails 2yrs in the brig, forfeiture of all earnings/retirement/credits and a D/H D/C.
