No, I don't think I did.

I'm sure a court-martial will suffice. The guy obviously knew that going in.

Shot, no.

Didn't some solider get discharged back in the Uncle Barry days for shite talking Obama on social media? Same thing applies to this dumbass.

Lastly... this guy is a dumbass and deserves any and all consequences coming his way for protesting in uniform.
100% dishonorable discharge.
Way to ruin your career pandering to a congressman that was recently voted out. Caveman won't even remember your name in a few weeks but you willingly sacrificed your career for his five minutes of spotlight. Nice job, dumbdick.

Shot? No, this is the USA, not China or some Islamo-Facist ME country. He was exercising his constitutional rights, despite my disagreements with him.

Court Martial for him? Yes. He is an active service member, in uniform trying to undermine the CIC. He should be stripped of military benefits, rank, pay and removed from service.

All of this will happen but he will be martyred by the Left for his heroism.

Read the UCMJ lately? He's violating UCMJ 88, 92, probably 94, and 134.

88's max punishment is confinement, loss of pay, and dishonorable discharge (contemptuous words against the President/VP/etc).

92 is failure to obey an order/dereliction of duty and has similar consequence to 88.

134 is a general catch all.

Which of those typically garners the punishment of shooting an officer?

Shot?

Probably not but I don't know the man.

IF he indeed holds an active Presidential Commission in the USAF as a Major, protesting, in uniform, in a location where it's is not legal to do so, the he will likely be getting his commission revoked along with other fun disciplinary awards soon.

My guess is he's no longer in the USAF but using his uniform for the grand effect in which case he can still face legal FAFO times.

wtf dude?

He should face punishment (as should any active duty service member who takes an active role in protesting against their commander in chief, regardless of what party) but shooting the guy puts us on the same level as places like the USSR and China.

This guy was either planning on getting out or is getting the boot and is trying to make a name for himself as he exits.

Nope , this guy below would bust him back to private and order him to do guard duty at some un heated hut on the northwest corner of Minot AFB.

Evidently he is a moron and I cannot explain how he became an officer.

Probably, because after 17 years he’s still a fricking major.
