It’s funny you say that because in the last game, OU deserved to lose despite Bama’s stats but as soon the table turns, it doesn’t matter. However…
I think we all can agree OU definitely overachieved this season and I’m cool with that. Would’ve been nice to beat Bama again and maybe go toe to toe with Indiana. We were definitely not winning it all with our putrid offense. Not this year. Nope.

While the 2-3 weeks bye can be beneficial for both teams but the team that throws the first punch might win. OU was rolling in their last 4 games of the season then got 3 weeks rest. Doesn’t necessarily mean it’s a good thing. If Alabama can punch in few scores ahead early in the game, they’re definitely winning. OU offense simply cannot keep up.
