Did it say anywhere that he was active? If not, and it similar to the Army then TIG from O3 to O4 is typically 7 years, and also 7 years for O4 to O5 so making O5 is all reserve duty is usually ~18 years total service.

Not shot, but Article 15 and Court Martial with dishonorable discharge. I couldn’t care less about his political beliefs, but this dumbass worked for me in Iraq in 2019. I probably saved his arse from being fired and sent home by our 1-star at least 4 times. He was a moron then and this stupid stunt shows he’s a moron now.

as a logistics officer, there is opportunity for kick backs and court marshal. Getting arrested for standing up to the man is likely a defense objective
