That is a great question. Along with, since resigning due to some malfeasance and wrong doing, should they be allowed to keep their pensions? Criminals aren’t allowed to benefit from their wrongdoing. Along with that, hearing rumors there are others that may be on the clock. Appears their misdeeds are being used against them to remove them from office, both parties.

I believe the issue wasn’t the illegality of the tariff as much as the rationale for charging the tariffs. By what rule did the President say he would impose the tariffs. Tariffs are not illegal. And now the President is saying he will call the tariffs on a different rule. He is within his legal authority. People are too focused on a win or loss on a left pocket right pocket question. The tariffs don’t and won’t go away. Some on this board just want to scream “Ha! Gotcha!” The President has done some really great things. He has done a LOT of things in a short time. It is what I voted for. Nothing is perfect. Not my wife, my kids, or my President. But I am proud of all and proud of my country.

Oh they exist, just to a smaller degree, I imagine. And when these crimes do exist, the perpetrators are extinguished with a quickness.

They are every single one a criminal, by definition. Some are worse than others. They all chose a shortcut and walked in the door your guy opened. Mayorkis should be tried for aiding and abetting.
