I was bitten by a copperhead when I was 12. Lost two dogs to what I assume were Rattlesnake bites.

I have never fired anyone. I just complete the paperwork. They fire themselves.

Never had to deal with a layoff. As noted in an earlier post, I have hired more than fired. I have had more great hires than non-great hires. Its more about the people and "relatability" than it is the resume'. Read the people, not the paper.
