"Is there anything to consider? It’s either illegal or it isn’t. What am I missing?"

She had a pending Green Card application so that situation is kind of up in the air. It's like paying for your car registration online at the last day, but since it takes two weeks to get, technically for a few days you will be driving with an expired registration even though you should be considered on the right side of the law. That is not a perfect analogy but it is the best I can come up with.

I believe that most people who flee from socialist states, like Russia, hate socialism. Do you think that’s wrong?

Ms. Bobreneva, who is from Russia, has a pending green card application, and her lawyer asserts that she was never out of lawful status.

Sounds like something that should be handled in a court of law and not the press.

Tough shite really.

Can’t give her a pass just because she is white.

That would be racist.

They appear to have the means and resources to have corrected this problem years ago.

The spouse still has to apply for citizenship. I think being married speeds it along, but it's not "automatic" once you leave the wedding.

When I went through it, the US government had a list of demands that they requested you do, BEFORE getting married. They made it cler that the process became infinitely more difficult if you just got married, showed up and said "We're here".

Doing it the right way still took a year after the wedding, full of "Fill out this form and send us a check for $100. after about 30 forms and checks, we finally got called to New Orleans for a meeting. A green card was sent in the mail. 30 years later, she decided to apply for citizenship. We are waiting for a meeting. It is about a year now.

Just getting married and starting to make demands is the absolute dumbest way to try to buck the process.

Sure he did, I believe him and the New York Times. LOL

That’s why I started this thread.

They are trying a different approach to divide MAGA.

Like Rush said…it will never work.
