She, and many other like her, do these kinds of things because it is easy to come here and do that. Now, it is becoming more difficult to come here and do that. At the very least, she and her husband are about to spend a double butt load on lawyers.

It's like a trooper that won't pull you over unless you 10 mph over the speed limit. You're breaking the law at 1 mph, but he has discretion.
