Not necessarily. There is a process in place for that. We had some friends of ours son marry a polish girl. It took months and it required multiple affidavits attesting to her sincerity from U.S. citizens and her employer saying she was an indispensable employee.

no new h1b unless the person is being paid over a million a year, that stops all the fraud pretty much in its tracks but allows them to bring over their "brilliant minds" as they claim they are doing
