They can't tie that to DeSantis. That will be his main strength. He's not from the Trump universe.

Ron is even more of a zio-cuck than Trump, if that's even possible.

Ron DeSantis is hands down the best chance of stopping the bleeding.

He has proven that during a health crisis that he loves testing so this is true

I agree. Let him speak. IMO let him be the default leader of the party. Let him speak over Trump. Inject some sanity into the clown show.

If someone else pops up, so be it.

Just a little while ago: “The Democrats will likely go into 2028 with 56 Senate seats and as many as 258 House seats. This is going to last far beyond just 2 years. You look ahead to 2028, Republicans aren’t going to re-take the Senate under this current map and it’s probably not viable to take the House back. This is really going to have an impact 2 years, 4 years, 6 years, maybe even longer before Republicans can exercise unified control.”

He’s not running in 2028. He knows what will happen. He’s looking to 2032 and taking on a Democrat, who will hopefully be a disaster.

Smart

Strategically, he needs to do the opposite of what is being seen on social media which is blame and pointing fingers, etc.

He needs to build a coalition and embrace true America First policies (shouldn't be a problem). He shouldn't attack Trump. Instead, he should say that Trump just failed to do what he promised.

This is a huge opportunity for him. It's him or Rubio, IMO.

It was a narrow victory and Nixon /Jolly were massively outspent. There was a 17% swing in Democrat favor from DeSantis win and a 12 point swing from Trump.
DeSantis will not play well in other states because he’s a huge douche.

What does unified control look like with the current state of the Republican Party?

What gives you the impression that they’ll do anything to help fix the country?

I don’t understand this notion that once we get rid of Trump, we can get back to the things we think need to happen.

He won't win the election in 2028.
