If he were to replace Trump with Obama what the response be?

Would he be banned from MSNBC?
Would he be investigated?

If something doesn’t stand up to a simple switch it doesn’t stand up at all.

He may have meant it metaphorically but that's a terrible choice of words to use on camera

But the left is blaming 'violent rhetoric' from the right for Pelosi's attack.

Very doubtful. This is not his 1st despicable anti trump tirade.

He’s not politically naive enough to use that as a defense.

He knows exactly what he said. And he did so to give himself some deniability which people like you will fall for.

The American population has gotten so damned soft. Even metaphor triggers them.

Yeah, I am sure you and your ilk would have the same take if someone talked about offing Obama in ANY context.

Will the Secret Service pay him a visit? We know the FBI won’t investigate.

It's OK he's a Republican calling for this and not a Democrat. Republicans are such violent people.

Wow. A metaphor???
I may follow your line of thinking without looking at Mr.Lincoln Projects past statements.
Now if he said "someone should stick a fork in him", ala his political career is done for, it might be construed as an innocuous statement.

What make you think it was said metaphorically? Do you believe that?
