I wish I could see this board in Nov 2020. Remind me - what was the vibe like? I seem to remember the polls being neck and neck just like this one.

I know I should remember but it feels like a lifetime ago.

Cautious optimism. But I can't remember. I think we all knew there was frickery and nothing was being done at the time

The polls were heavily skewed towards Biden.

We knew the polling was bad.

Trump was winning bigly when 4 states colluded to stop counting votes for the night. But they continued counting in private.

With covid, 2020 was never like this.

Baw, majority of the polls had Biden winning.

I have a good feeling Trump wins…too much momentum for him to lose.

I seem to just remember feeling like I couldn’t trust polls at all - post 2016 anyway when they got it so wrong.

If my memory is even remotely accurate, the polls showed Biden a little worse off than Hillary. Which is to say leading but by smaller margins and/or within margin of error in States that Hillary was clearly ahead in etc.

The vibe was that Hillary had been a much bigger dragon to slay than Biden. If the quiet Trump vote beat Hillary then certainly it would beat Biden who had worse polls and had campaigned from a basement.

A lot of this board thought it was going to be a landslide for trump and that trump won.

They continued to believe trump won until the January 6 thing and that election board was deleted with the quickness when the shite went down.

A lot of the board is delusional about how many conservatives distrust trump because of his risk of saying something stupid that ruins things because he has no control over himself.

Never felt good going into it and my gut is seldom wrong. Feel better about this one but I think it’s still close. I would find it really weird if Trump loses PA

The media gaslighted everyone for months about how mail in voting was safe and secure and how we should never question that as a valid voting tool.

They were planning to cheat the entire time

Never felt good about it

I remember going to bed on election night at around midnight with Trump leading and trending toward victory and woke up to a Biden presidency.

Very good until they decided they wouldn’t announce the results election night and the water main broke

I knew we were in trouble as soon as Georgia announced that

A bunch of gifs and shite of Mel Gibson waving the flag or whatever. This board was utterly convinced Trump had it wrapped up.

There was mass confusion because of covid polices, (many which were illegal) and then we had the great steal in the middle of the night.

- Water main break in ATL State Farm Arena which never happened
- Multiple counties inexplicably (still to this day) shut down, moved all reporters & poll watchers out, then secretly went back to "work".
- Fake polls - Wisconsin had Joe up double digits when in fact he barely 'won', but less than 1%.

Landslide vibes.

Knew the polls were lies like always.
Believed our eyes.

Biden was nonexistent campaigning.
Media did the heavy lifting for him.

Went to bed at 2ish am with a Trump victory and second term.
Woke up to confusion, anger and a Biden presidency.

None of it made sense. Got worse as days went by and we realized some of the sht that went on…
