Cautious optimism.

This is correct.

Mostly people couldn't believe more people would vote for brain dead Biden than DJT. That still remains true today.

What this board and everyone else did not realize is how far the Democrats and media would go to cheat for Biden in 2020.

I knew it was over the day after, but this whole board thought he was going to still win for the next two months

The Kraken is coming……

4 years of a shitty administration...you probably voted for...can certainly feel like a lifetime.

A lot of this board thought it was going to be a landslide for trump and that trump won. They continued to believe trump won until the January 6 thing and that election board was deleted with the quickness when the shite went down.

This board was delusional in 20. The polls showed Biden winning the election. Plus, the pollsters learned their lesson from 16 and worked more to make them accurate.

Like I said, the momentum at the moment is pointing Trump to win! I hope he does!

Mail in ballots are bullshite, Covid was a fraud on this country. So is illegal immigration and trying to get them eligible to vote

Personally I thought Trump closed too negatively. He was very different than this closing, this reminds me of 16. In 20 he was fighting everything, Covid, impeachment, constant negative coverage and most importantly the masses were not woken up to the fraud.

Then the polls started and I assumed he would win because he was up significantly. I went to sleep pretty sure and then things were drawn out.

It was a terrible feeling of defeat and I felt like nothing could be done. They stole it right in front of us. Things feel very different this round. The amount of fraud was insane because Covid opened the door. Most of those issues have been remedied and the republicans learned a lesson. The ground game is strong, the attorneys are in place, cases are being heard before the election.

In my mind he’s way up but I’m cautiously optimistic because democrats will do anything possible. Should be too big to rig.

Stop upvoting yourself

You seem giddy at the thought of Kamala, that’s sad

Went to bed at 2ish am with a Trump victory and second term.
Woke up to confusion, anger and a Biden presidency

I passed out around midnight Pacific and "in game" betting on my website had Trump like -300 and it looked like he had clinched re-election.

I woke up 3 hours later and Biden was suddenly favored and it was evident he was going to win once all the swing states voted were counted.

A bunch of gifs and shite of Mel Gibson waving the flag or whatever. This board was utterly convinced Trump had it wrapped up.

Gibson was just post election stop the steal stuff IIRC.

Going into the election though I remember the polls tightening just like they did prior to 2016 which gave me indication that it was going to be very close which it was. It’s not like this year but it was going to a Biden up 10 in the rust belt to a Biden up 4-5 IIRC

When I saw North Carolina go for Trump and the early numbers for Michigan and Penn I thought it was done and he had done it again.

I was optimistic because I would never have thought we had such vile and evil traitors in this country as the cheating left.

Even if you're not in a battleground state you need to take voting seriously in this election. Trump needs to win the popular vote. It's the best way to keep the Dems from being able to explain away frickery.

Biden-leading polls were half-dismissed as left-leaning and underestimating Trumps real numbers from the "silent majority" pointing back to 2016.

Lots of anecdotal posts to confirm a surprise "red tsunami": Trump rally attendances with 50k to 100k vs Biden rallies with 10 people to hundreds in attendance. Social media Blexit posts. Posts of spontaneous pro-Trump truck/car/boat parades. Posts of occasional Trump leads in _____ polls. A lot of anecdotal "I talked to Dem co-workers/neighbors who said they are voting for Trump" posts.

I’m yet to speak to anyone not voting. The 2020 steal motivated people. It didn’t deter anyone.
However, if it happens again - voting has run its course and changes will have to forced.
