Hate me some commies, kill one for mommy I always say, but …
They were pretty damn useful as a significant distraction for the Nazis, taking a lot of casualties instead of our boys.
So if they want to play that role again to help us defeat the New World order globalists / WEF elitist I can see the logic in that. The enemy of my enemy . . . for now.

This isn't an ideological fight. It's a geographical fight. Russia has vast lands (acquired through centuries of war and conquest) and their demography is in such steep decline that they can no longer defend it. They're trying to push their territory out to geographically defensible positions (securing the Polish and Bessarabian Gaps) to keep from eventually being overrun. They took Crimea in 2014 and invaded Ukraine again in 2022. Even if there's some kind of cease-fire or ceding of territory by Ukraine, Russia will regroup and be back for those gaps. The Black Sea coast of Ukraine, aside from Crimea, does nothing for Russia strategically.

Believe it or not, these are the common sense good guys!
This is probably the most ignorant thing ive read on here this week, congrats.
They’re just a different flavor of control fighting the wef flavor of control. They want the world to serve their interests the same way our powers that be want the world to serve theirs.
To think one is intrinsically “good guys” is just plain special.

Depends on what you call freedom. I spent many late nights and early mornings out in the streets of downtown St. Petersburg walking around, drinking, riding the subway, without any sense whatsoever of personal safety concerns.....try that in any city half that size in America.
The freedoms that are most important are freedom of the press, freedom from religious persecution and freedom of speech. Those don't exist in Russia.
When Russia was a communist nation you could also walk around Leningrad as you did. Do you still call that freedom?

Serious question, because I'm trying to gage the standard of comparison.

Waiting for the long list of Russian freedoms

Our press maybe be partisan but they are free to criticize the current regime nightly for hours and hours if they want. That isnt allowed in Russia. There is no free press. The last independent network, TV Rain ,was shut down last year and most of that network's journalists fled the country.

Only freedoms now are “if you get in line with the sheeple you have freedoms of speech”
I can go in to DC and march up and down any street holding up a sign that says Biden sucks...stop funding for Ukraine and not get arrested . Try doing that in Moscow against Putin or the Ukraine war. Our media is full of folks that do nothing but bash the Biden regime every day all day. Russia has none of that freedom. Not saying our freedoms arent in jeopardy. They always are and always will be, but comparing our freedoms to what is allowed in Russia under Putin shows a stark contrast.

You're free to do almost anything you want. Start a business, make money, travel anywhere, buy anything you want, live anywhere you want, worship freely.
You're not free to draw attention to yourself by criticizing the government.
Hmmm, doesn't that seem like other places we're familiar with?
