you are talking out of your arse. Look at the positions of the players when the ball is thrown. Horton is releasing inside and had leverage on the db, if he doesn't get hit and grabbed he catches that running. There was nothing wrong with either the throw or the decision to throw

I mean, we lost a game by 2 points against a top 15 team where we turned it over 3 times that turned into 17 points. We kinda dominated the game outside of the killer mistakes. We are still likely getting into the playoffs, the defense continues to be great, and we know Ty is capable of playing a lot cleaner than he has, so as far as loses go this one wasn't the worst
