The entire “turn on the water” thing never made any sense to me going back a few days ago when it was first announced. We already send water down to SoCal from Northern and Central California. So what was he talking about? Now it morphed into the PNW waters helping us out and that didn’t make any sense either because it would come from Washington and Oregon. The infrastructure doesn’t exist as far as I know. However, the local Ag industry in the Valley is very happy with Trump:
