Yep. Over about 19 years, she stole 8-9 entire years worth of Dixon's budget, and an enormous share went to a horse hobby.

This whole fiasco is crazy. I have a lot of family in the Shilo community near Pelahatchie. I honestly couldn’t believe it when my aunt told me about it. This rouge mayor thing might be the biggest news story to ever happen there.
