No scoop. Just $2 million for a town of 1500 is part of the problem. We have people running $2 million budgets that couldn't run the night shift at Taco Bell. Its multiplied throughout local government in cities of all sizes.

For one reason...Congress don't account for their specific expenditures, they just pass an "Omnibus", so that no one sees their shady dealings. In this and many instances is Obama's "spread the wealth around"/Reparations policy.
