Hopefully it’s Burrow. Wouldn’t mind Shaq either.

Depends on how much money Netflix would give for the streaming rights to games.

So they are this year’s Indiana

Indiana beat playoff team Oregon and ranked Illinois last year.

Their schedule is horrid. They might not play a ranked team this year unless NC or Va tech are alot better than people thought they would be
He is probably going to echo exactly what Lane has said. If the courts say they are eligible then why not use them? It does not make sense not to do so

There is no reason for LSU to say anything. Just let the week play out and see what happens.

Not going to lie, i don't give a shite if Lane gets 15 rules named after him for finding loopholes or grey areas in the current rules. His job is to aquire and develop as much talent as possible in order to win the most games. If these players are eligible, and can help LSU win games, then I hope he gets everyone he wants.
The NFL released a statement a week or so ago saying anyone cut from a team that goes back to play in college will be a free agent but will not be allowed to sign until this season is over.

It’s important because the schedule is tough and dropping a game you are double digit favorites in will be a pretty big blow to playoff hopes.

I’m surprised these two didn’t work out. I would have pegged them to be longtime nfl players
They cannot go back in the draft. They would be considered free agents.
It’s a bird, it’s a plane, nope. It’s pratman

Defense is merely a rumor so far in this game.

The SEC can’t retroactively penalize a school for playing then eligible players.

Should we play these guys or not?

If they are eligible and can help the team win games, yes.

I wonder if the SEC will retract their "new rule" prior to September 3rd, or simply make it applicable for the 2027 season onward

I bet they move it to next year and try to save face. Unbelievably stupid to think he would win in court after getting dunked on with the Pavia and Chambliss situations.
I think you will be surprised how much better the offensive line is when the defense can’t guess the play pre snap.
