On the surface, it would appear to be, but given the full context of RBGs remarks and subsequent comments, I don't think it is an accurate assessment of RBG's position. I'm not a big fan of RBG, but I think that quote is often taken out of context.

It's time to implement the old Twilight Zone episode "Serving Mankind"
All Liberals will be told that they are going to the great Utopia Planet in the solar system. Where they don't encounter Conservatives any longer .......
They will not expect to be the next plate of chicken wings for an alien population .....
That should be enough to stop the hot air being expelled into the atmosphere while thinning out the herd ....
