It's not something we catch, it's something we build. We don't blame a leaf virus for the leaves dying in fall...it's seasonal, a cycle. A detox triggered by a change of seasons.
The way we live, our habits, general health, probably some genetics involved, bio resonance, what we anticipate in our minds etc... . The mind is very powerful in impacting the body, just like merely thinking of peeing will cause you to have to pee.
We are not victims of catching any invisible dead yet not dead self replicating particle. It's ridiculous, but a great business model.

Speaking of Christmas...I've heard some of this before and the counter arguments, however I gotta give this guy some credit as he makes a compelling case. The biggest push back is from women, as usual. They won't even hear it, true or not, because of what they prioritize.
