Meh. Moon landing happened way before I existed.
One of the main theories is that because no stars are seen in the footage, it's fake. I don't know shite about what theoretically can or can't be seen from the surface of the moon. So whether it's the gov or conspiracy theorists, I just nod and move along, because it's pointless to argue in either direction about something I know shite about.
Don't get me wrong though, if it was about something I was interested in, then I would be like a lot of people, and argue a side, even if I didn't actually know shite.

The camera couldn't see the stars in the moon landing footage. The astronauts could, but the camera could not because they were too faint in contrast to the surface of the moon which was incredibly bright in relation.

It's like arguing God and JFK. There's so much bullshite around it that even the truth is arguable. And none of us can prove one way or the other. The TV footage is fake as hell but that doesn't necessarily mean they didn't go.

The fact that the US and USSR were spending the equivalence of billions of dollars in the prestigious Space Race aspect of the Cold War, is proof enough of actual landings. The Russians had the technology to prove a fake, and the absolute need to do so. They lost much international prestige losing the race after an early lead. They would have trumpeted an American fake!

It's because we are dealing with either unserious people, con-artists and/or corruptacrats in our government. For example I was listening to a congressional hearing on UAPs (used to be called UFOs) and I believe it was MGT that asked a question about evidence of "aliens" at one of the investigative sites. The governments "expert" response was that they confirmed "biologics" at the crash site.
MGT didn't follow up and I'm like, WTF? "Biologics" can mean anything. So I just turned it off.
