I’ve heard all of that nonsense, and, like everything that is actually being investigated, the fraud is neck deep and the blue states have sued to keep from having to turn over their data.

I've had arguments with 4cubbies. She was mad that taxpayer funded school meals over the summer was going away. She said it was the welfare recipients kids that needed those lunches. I asked her, why can't those parents use the taxpayer funded food stamps to buy lunch for their kids during the summer. She implied those kids would starve because the parents won't use the money on their kids. I then asked her, shouldn't those parents food stamps then be rescinded. She had no answer.

Considering how morbidly obese the poor have become in America, I’m starting to come around to the idea of being pro famine. Me being too poor to buy junk food did wonders for my health.

Tax abuse doesn't have any one HUGE hole. It's a million or more pinholes. Every source of fraud is impactful. Quit diminishing the role of each source of fraud and we'll start moving the needle.

The irony is that most leftists wouldn’t treat their own kids this way. Meaning if they had a child addicted to something and it was stifling their ability to grow up and be self reliant, they would know better than to continue to enable them with hand outs. Yet so long as they can keep these people trapped on the Dem plantation with welfare they will do it for the benefit of their own dopamine plug.

What motivates me to work and put up with all the unpleasant crap associates with work is providing for myself and family. If I had daddy government giving us a place to live, food to eat, healthcare, and walking around money I would just sit at home watching judge shows as well.

That's true...they trade those foodstamps for money to buy their false eyelashes/weaves/drugs/expensive clothes/shoes/accessories and clubbing activities.

Yep, it's ridiculous. SNAP/Food stamp benefits do not include school meal programs, which often include 2-3 meals per day per child - year round.
So they are being paid to feed the kids at home, while the kids are actually eating at school. And you wonder how they have so much extra to buy soda and candy

It seems like every fraud scheme starts off with the “ it’s for the kids”, crazy how that works every time. The fraudsters know, and I’m sure there are suffering kids, but damn the amount of fraud is so vast that I think it should all be suspended and everyone reapply

If a child in this country is starving to death it is because of neglect on the part of a shitbag adult. No amount of food stamps is going to change that.

I don't have to time to look for the article I read but the obesity rates for households receiving SNAP and other subsides is sky high compared to the national average. this was circa 2021 during the end of the Covid gaslighting operation.

The government is very, very good at auditing private companies.
