I've not followed the story. Just heard about it in passing.

Were they legit murdered? As in someone used hands, weapons, etc to kill them? Or did they suffocate in the truck as the truck tried to ferry them into our country?

Imo, the 2nd choice is worse than the first one.

The fbi, fed Marshalls , IG HLS etc ought to be crawling all over the murder of 56 people, maybe even Kamala impeached. The operator should be held for secondary murder irrigardles of claiming screwup or cartel
impeached? the FBI probably picked up the bodies and delivered them to runners; because they were disemboweled and filled up with fentanyl and heroin.

The border patrol has been infiltrated by the cartels and the operator intensionally let them through .

This is the most likely explanation. The cartels have a lot of money and a lot of influence. This would be very easy for them to accomplish.

So the border isn’t secure.

That’s weird, because this chic said it was:

Mayorkas probably had them turn the machines off to get as many illegals and fentanyl into the country as possible.

Most likely. Saw an interview with a former DEA fella. He said you dont need a big conspiracy and bribing 100s of people. Just put one agent on the payroll, he tells you the time he is working tomorrow, then calls in the gate he is working and voila. Once in a while you pay some ignorant kid to carry through a load, tell your man at the gate, he makes the bust and is a hero and no one is watching him while he lets the other 50 loads through.

On a sidenote, I also saw a documentary on the lord of the skies the largest dealer in mexico. At his peak his "accountant" laughed that they had spent over a 1000 dollars on rubber bands that month so business was good....one rubber band was used to bundle 100 100 dollar bills...thats a lot of bundles.

This has been going on for decades. Every President and politician who's refused to address the US's shattered immigration system is to blame.

As for fedgov ... they don't GAF about Texas or its issues. If this was happening in Massachusetts, it'd be a different story.

One of the biggest concerns for Texans continues to be immigration and border security. The federal government has consistently shot down any attempt by Texans to fix the problem of illegal immigration by claiming it falls under the US government’s totalitarian umbrella. The federal government fails to allocate resources to protect the border and even incentivizes illegal immigration by forcing states like Texas to provide public services without regard to immigration status.

Texans are not opposed to immigration but are opposed to the way the feds handle immigration policy.

frick 'em.

the school shooting at Uvalde . ?How did the shooter buy 4000 dollars in guns and drive a 30 grand pickup with no parental support. you will not read the fbi investigated the drug cartels for providing the money to the shooter.

Those numbers are high, but not that high.

A lot of these organizations are republican controlled, and they give big money to republican candidates.

It is why neither side really works to stop the illegal immigration issue.

It doesn't matter though. Americans are too sorry or too selfish to do anything about anything.

The State Department pays NGOs $34K for adult migrants and $54K for child migrants. And those were 2014 numbers. There is big money in "processing" migrants.

They double it in an election year.

Reports so far indicate heat stroke and dehydration. Temps ranged from mid 90s-low 100s on Monday and they were locked in the back of the truck. Brutal way to go.
