Did they say they aren't voting?

Applying for SBA loans?

SNAP benefits?

Working for construction companies with a swarthy complexion?

This is a good thing.

Is it a great savings, we will see.

Does it root out fraud. I hope so.

To hear the leftist nutjobs talk about DOGE, you would think all they are doing is harvesting your data and funneling money to themselves.

Cleaning up a database is fine. Low hanging fruit.

Explain why they were not cleaned up before.

Show how much fraudulent payments were associated with these SSNs

Show that these SSNs voted fraudulently

That’s something worth crowing about…

There's no need to be upset this is just clerical data cleanup.

Trump could have told the SS office they have 6 months or whatever timeframe to clean up files, delete dead people, and put together a report to give directly to him.

LOLZ
No government agency is willing or capable of policing themselves or cleaning up their messes on their own, no matter who tells them to.

Well we'll never know will we?
If any democrat post Kennedy had made any effort to do any of the things Trump is having to do now, maybe we wouldn't need Trump now.

has never been about being upset about things getting cleaned up. It is about how it is getting done.

As simple as I can put this, I don't trust Musk and some random 21 year old kids to have access to and modify government databases with little to no oversight.

OK. So you trust a government employee with political oversight to do a job that allowed these names to remain on the role in the first place.

Its easy enough to see through these little BS posts of "i don't like that guy" and all roads lead to not trusting him. What has Elon done specifically that lost your trust?

Here comes liberal Federal judge: “no you can’t eliminate dead people from getting their congress appropriated benefits. Raciss.”

Hopefully they will get there.

DOGE is on to some stuff but the media won’t help so their effect will be limited.

Democracy dies in the dark. Or at least it used to.

Why doesn't it say if any of those were actually collecting payments? If they were it seems it would be pretty easy to track down who was collecting the money.

Exactly. If folks are taking taxpayer funds by fraud, they should be immediately prosecuted.

Alright. If they show some actual savings then I’ll show more excitement.

Could ve simple
All ssn with a certain age auto rexieve payments, right?
Or, maybe the extra #s allow money to be diverted elsewhere, but the books would still balance, using the extra #s as averaging in

Social Security #s are central to legitimacy in many areas of our lives. Limiting the impact of fake/fraudulent SSNs to money wasted within Social Security only really misses a huge part of the problem.

I don't know what the different types of SSNs are and how they're doled out, but I do know that with a standard social security number a non-citizen is able to vote in federal elections without ever having to produce even a DL - simply by registering and voting remotely.

But when you cite SO MANY people 120+ y/o, that should be a huge accounting issue (or a miracle for long life).
