The shitstorm that is coming to banks heavy in CRE is going to be unbelievable. The CARES Act suspended certain accounting issues and banks are burying their heads in the sand. Of course there are few delinquent loans because the CARES ACT allowed banks to push due dates without calling them delinquent.

At some point the loans are going to have to be paid back or the market will be saturated with CRE and values will plummet. This has the potential to be 2008-2011 on steroids.

Which of those are that earth shattering that they will affect the average Americans daily life?

Some of them definitely.

But if this is your thought then why do these things if it doesnt affect anyone? Whats the point of this guy being president if he doesnt implement anything that affects americans?

Wait a second. Why are we just now thinking about developing an ethics doctrine for the executive branch?

It's amazing that some are going to celebrate killing off an effort to correct false narratives and reassert America's founding ideals

The people in power loathe those ideals and wish to completely eradicate them. And they will.

Doesn't that work both ways?

if whether we do or don't do all those things have no affect on the average American's daily lives, then why did Trump waste time doing them, and why was he praised by his supporters for them if they don't have some big affect?

I don't necessarily disagree with you but if you are bailing out one side, you need to help the other side of the ledger. If you don't, you still run into problems. It's a huge house of cards that shouldn't havd been made this big to begin with.

No it doesn’t work both ways as he’s not saying there’s no effect. The stronger enforcements on borders have been great, the keystone pipeline has the potential to be great for many southern states.

Why do you support the decommissioning of the 1776 project. Are you a big “1619” guy? Also, what are you thoughts on the proposed elimination of the 1031?

100 days masking challenge

This guarantees I will wear a mask zero times in the next 100 days.

I will avoid places that try to make me wear one. If I cannot avoid it, I'll just go in without one.

People are surprisingly cowardly about mask enforcement at most of these businesses anyway. Unless you're surrounded by a group of Karens, nobodywill say shite. My imposing stature and appearance probably benefits me there
