Hezbollah’s Marines and Air Force were not destroyed. Both are highly trained speciality units. They are better trained, better equipped, and have better intelligence capabilities. They are just as well or better funded than the Iranian military.

They are not like conventional state supported military units. They are not state sponsored, so their bases are not just in Iran. Their Air Force has thousands of drones and anti-aircraft missiles.

A problem we have in America is people don’t know the true history of America’s influence in Iran and the mistakes made in the 80’s. Reagan made a deal during his presidential campaign against Carter with Iran that if they waited until he was president to release the American hostages he would give them Military assistance. The hostages were released minutes after Reagan was sworn in. America supplied Iran and their current regime with weapons and military Aide in their war against Iraq. This help build up what they are today.

The same thing happened in Afghanistan. Reagan backed what is now the Taliban in their war against Russia. He supplied the them with weapons to fight the Soviets that would later be used against us. As bad as communism is Afghanistan would be a much better country if they were communist instead of being controlled by Taliban. Afghan people had a lot more freedoms with Russia than they do now.

The US made a few bad military decisions in the 80’s that have come back to haunt us.

A lesson should have been learned over the past 40 years. Don’t mess around in the ME, because we don’t know what we are doing.

Tom Homan has worked with Obama and Trump. Obama admin stayed quiet and tried to keep everything out of the news. Trump is loud and likes to talk about how great ICE is doing.

The American military can’t be the only country on the ground helping with a regime change. US, Egyptian, and Pakistani group effort would be the best partnership. Maybe even an Indonesian delegate can help. Keeping Muslim countries involved in the change should make it easier. Egypt, Pakistan, and Indonesia have a good relationship.
