I want all of you to imagine that 6 year old kid in the picture below is your son!!!

What would you do?

quote:

Once again, Kentucky’s Judiciary has failed the Tipton family.

A monster who does not deserve to be named broke into a house, stabbed and killed a 6-year-old boy named Logan Tipton, and assaulted and injured his sisters and father. Last year, this monster was released from jail due to Kentucky’s mandatory reentry supervision program. He reoffended, and got a pathetic 9 additional months. He is being released today despite the opportunity to hold him in a mental facility.

The monster should spend the rest of his life in prison for the murder of 6-year-old Logan Tipton, and his release is a gross miscarriage of justice. I was honored to work with the Tipton Family to pass Logan’s Law to ensure something like this never happens again, but there is so much more work to be done.

Please pray for and support the Tiptons, and pray for the safety of anyone who crosses paths with this child killer who will now be free to walk our streets. The Tiptons, all of Kentucky, and all of America deserve so much better than this government offers to the innocent.

I would've expected that story to be out of CA or WA.

Madness for it to be happening in KY.

I pray that the Lord will take him off this earth and the judge/s that continue to release him to kill again.

And the races would be accurate this time, like they were in the original case that inspired that novel and propaganda film.

No. He should be dead. Justice is not housing and feeding murderers for the rest of their lives, but taking from them what they took from others.

I hope he repents of his sins and turns to Jesus Christ by faith for forgiveness, but his temporal life should be forfeit for his action.

Movie filmed near me (Canton, Ms). I actually ran into Samuel L. Jackson at my cleaners one morning. They say Kieffer Sutherland and Sandra Bullock would shut down the bar out at the reservoir at the time.

Unsure how far I want to test the TOS limits for this one.

I'll just say this doesn't stop until it's STOPPED.

I caught this story on my local news yesterday… was going to post it but it’s too damned depressing.

This man should never go free, he’s a violent, murderous schizophrenic and absolutely a continuing danger to society. Terrible case.

I've had a good life but I would hunt him down. Hiring a hitman from far away would still come back to me. Plus, that would rob me of the satisfaction of watching him beg for mercy. But around here, someone else and totally unrelated to me would take him out. Shame on Kentucky for letting the vermin out jail. He would burn in hell starting pretty damned quick.

Hank Williams Jr sang about this

quote:

I went down to the Mary Carter paint store
I said, "Give me one of them Smith & Wesson, Magnum .44s"
'Cause there's a man that the law let loose and justice was not done
This man, he killed my wife and my only little son

I'll never forget the way he looked all through the trial
He had his big-name lawyer, and he had that smirky smile
Whoa, yeah, he got you off on a technicality
But you have to grow wings and fly to ever get away from me

'Cause I got rights, I got rights too
And this time there won't be no damn lawyers and system to protect you
But I'm gonna read you, I'm gonna read you your rights
You got a right to know that you're gonna go to hell one of these black nights

Do Kentucky with all their great congressional leaders serving in Washington didn’t have the balls to use influence to change the situation of that law ? I have gas money, transportation, food and water, and a great place for the father in case he decides to lay low soon. I would imagine there will no shortages of the same from many others. Could come up with a rather used shovel but a rope behind the car makes for a interesting towing experience
