That... is a good point. I mean, if the meme has a clearly fake image in it, then I'd assume they'd have to have a disclaimer... like the "I'm so and so and I approved this" sort of thing. I am NOT saying I agree with it in any way, shape form or fashion. But...given the deepfake stuff that can happen, I guess I do get THAT side of it. But yeah, there's an opportunity to overreach. Of course, we've never known the government to overreach before, so why would they start now? :lol:
