So what should he say when asked the question?

Nothing. That's the right answer.

He's going to have to parrot positions that are already out there by Trump and others.

That why I say the separation between him and Trump isn't really on policy, it's on personality.

And Trump has a huge personality.

No one thought they were going to be treated like they were until it was too late. DeSantis has the advantage of saying this now while we criticize Trump for not saying it 2 and a half years ago.

No he couldn't. He wasn't in office when those people were prosecuted.

Yes he could have. Presidents can pardon before the charge.

What has DeSantis done for his FL citizens getting wrapped up in all of this?

What does he even have to do with J6? It was Trump supporters that for whatever idiotic reason went into the Capitol

You mean the one that got there on a baseball scholarship,

When did Ivy League schools start offering athletic scholarships? If the first sentence is a complete lie it’s hard to believe the rest.

In spite of how we feel about Jan 6 there was violence that occurred.

Correct. There are some that deserve it for being stupid, and then there are a lot whose lives have been ruined for just being in the area. One guy on the other side of most of it, but caught "something" on the video he was taking that he didn't know was happening until he saw it later at his hotel. Can't remember the guys name but it was the "leave the democrats party" gay dude.

Heck...I will be honest I want pardons for the J6 people who are legit getting persecuted, to the fed charges for the fentanyl Floyd cops, and any fed charges (if there were any) for the guys that killed the "timberlines jogger." I'm sure there have been plenty of "white supremacists" that are getting fricked too. One clean pardon swipe...and a reason why I want Trump, cause he could do that without worrying about reelection.

Really, the only thing I haven’t been pleased with was his walking back statements that he would quit sending money to Ukraine…

Trump also said he would continue sending money to Ukraine as long as Russia was prosecuting the war. LINK

"Start by telling Europe that they must pay at least equal to what the U.S. is paying to help Ukraine. They must also pay us, retroactively, the difference," Trump said. "Next, tell Ukraine that there will be little more money coming from us, UNLESS RUSSIA CONTINUES TO PROSECUTE THE WAR. The President must meet with each side, then both sides together, and quickly work out a deal."

Not a fan of lies, huh?

They don’t offer true athletic scholarships or at least they don’t now. Friends son plays football at Penn where trump went and he got extra academic money for being fast.

Penn is Ivy. Ivy is bad I’m told.

My point is he can do about as much as Trump can from the private sector, yet here we are criticizing Trump.

Does DeSantis not have any friends in the HOR? Does he not communicate with senators from Florida? Can he not work back channels to get things done?

He might have been doing all these things. I dont know.

They used to offer scholarships - I had a friend in high school that was considering a football scholarship to Brown

That was in 1987

Did he run this by Jeb! first? A pardoned Trump is still dangerous to the establishment.
