Those are Chevron’s Pascagoula plant in Mississippi, Valero’s Port Arthur, Corpus Christi and St. Charles facilities, Phillips 66’s Sweeny and Lake Charles, Marathon’s Galveston Bay and Garyville, ExxonMobil’s Beaumont, Baytown and Baton Rouge, Motiva’s Port Arthur, and Citgo’s Lake Charles and Corpus Christi plants.

So there's potentially more good oaying jobs for those refineries.

Side note: the shadow fleet Russian bullshite would stop. Also puts more control over Chinas stakes there.
