I don’t like saying this, but I get a lot of younger first job out of college hires.
The amount of time I have to spend on explaining a simple task that I could quickly prompt to an AI agent to do the job would save me time, save my company money, and help me find opportunities to bring in more money for my company.
I am compassionate and want these younger people to do well, but at a certain point, it doesn’t make sense.

A lot of affluent people who support Dem open Border immigration and the “fundamental change “ to Democratic Socialism (think fast sinking Europe) just have a BIG blind spot. TDS, suicidal empathy, peer pressure, etc., nws they are going to be truly surprised when the DEI Commies come for those assets and savings. And as if all the BUY GOLD!!! Ads don’t mention how in the hell would you spend it in an Authoritarian Socialist economy.
Somehow I get the feeling most live in a ‘this just can’t happen’ bubble. And I think of all the time I’ve spent babbling on this Forum. I’m worse than worst fools.
Let’s hope the Tigers don’t blow it re ‘ Bama.

These are the same DSA politicians that have no concerns about China surpassing the US in the development of SI/AI. The same DSA politicians that have no issue with the US be dependent on China for critical imports that should be produced in the US. The Marxist New World Order does not involve you having unfettered access to AI.The price will go up and access for the average person will go down.
Where we going, we don't need consumer grade AI. The Party will pick the AI companies that will be declared the winners and losers. And access to consumer grade AI will be more equitable.
