Show the Biden administration droning an aid worker and a bunch of kids. Crazy there is more uproar about striking narco terrorists than innocent kids.
re: "Not a single player on the offence is from the state of Mississippi", Lane Kiffin.

Lane knows just from LA, LSU has had teams with Nabors, Brian Thomas Jr, and Chase, Jefferson, Marshall and Odell, Jarvis all players from LA. He is drooling to have that kind of talent on offense in state.
In the NFL it doesn’t matter how good of a coach you are. You are married to your QB. You have no control over who your qb will be. Tons of great coaches get fired because their team just never gets them a franchise qb. Also I think Kiffin is so good in college because he is so great schematically. I think that advantage lessons in the nfl because all the players are so good you don’t have as many busts or players you can scheme to pick on.

Prices as a whole don’t down unless there is a massive recession or depression. The last time cpi was negative was in 2009 in the Great Recession. That is the only time in the last 50 years.
Some items can go down like oil, gas, interest rates but overall prices just go up. What is important is for wages to rise faster than inflation which is happening under Trump. It didn’t under Biden so people are still feeling that pain because of their lost spending power the last 4 years.

I wonder if it possibly has something to do with Jim Bernhard passing away a few days ago.
I love the freaking out from people who have no experience with investigations. Investigations way less complicated than one’s involving the most powerful people in the country take years. It has been 9 months. The head’s of the relevant agencies in place less than that.
It is now known that Epstein was working with the NY Times and democrat politicians to smear Trump. If there was any real evidence of Trump doing anything wrong he would have been toast a decade ago. Plaskett was texting with Epstein for questions during hearings. This is after he was already convicted once.

She declined her paycheck because she is one of the top trading people in all of Congress and has made millions the last few years.
Is that guy also a supporter of Brian Kemp? Would tell a lot about him.

Not really how an elected representative of Congress should be making decisions. Nor presidents.
MTG just recently came out against Trump doing mass deportations. She said she has a construction company and construction companies rely on illegal labor.
Now she wants to ban all H1 B’s. So she wants to keep all the cheap labor that benefits her and get rid of the cheap labor that benefits others.

I wonder what time the one was sent to the android. And who that person is.

She blamed republicans for the healthcare problems, came out against tariff’s, against bombing Iran. She trades stocks as much as Pelosi. She is corrupt like the rest.

BLS
Consumer Price Index: Data Sources
The Consumer Price Index (CPI) is a measure of the average change over time in the prices paid by consumers for a representative basket of consumer goods and services. The CPI measures inflation as experienced by consumers in their day-to-day living expenses. The CPI is used to adjust income eligibility levels for government assistance, federal tax brackets, federally mandated cost of living increases, private sector wage and salary increases, and consumer and commercial rent escalations. Consequently, the CPI directly affects hundreds of millions of Americans.
The Consumer Price Index (CPI) is created from a series of interrelated surveys. The CPI requires
a geographic sample, which is a set of areas where prices will be collected;
a survey of consumer expenditures to create and appropriately weight a market basket of goods and services to be priced and to create a sample of outlets in which prices are collected; and
samples of prices for commodities, services, and housing.

They get these numbers from surveys. The surveys weren’t conducted because the government was shutdown.
re: Trump: H1B necessary because Americans lack talent

That is what he said. The worker’s are needed to train Americans to do the work. He mentioned the Hyundai factory in Georgia as an example. I don’t agree with much of what he has said like about the 600,000 Chinese students but I think this is a complete overreaction.

And Trump will just put in place a different type of tariff that is more targeted by industry. I think he also realizes he has gone too far on tariff’s because he has been rolling some back the last few weeks. Now he has said he’s will be reducing some tariffs on items like coffee

How does America have the talent to fill the new TSMC factory in Arizona to build semi conductors when those jobs were all shipped overseas 20 years ago? You think people can just walk in off the streets and do it? The overreaction to the comments is crazy.
He said certain industries need to be have Americans trained. That is a result of tariffs bringing back industries that the us hasn’t had in decades. It is common sense.

They have asked for an expedited decision so maybe by the end of the year. Also I expect them to find some way to say that many of the tariff’s are unconstitutional but that will be prospectively so the money doesn’t have to be returned. It seemed like even the plaintiff attorney was open to that.
I think a 50 year mortgage is stupid.
But I also think you could have a 50 year mortgage out of college for 10 or so years instead of renting and refinance. At least by not renting something is going towards principal. That 50 year mortgage would be less than a rent payment. Also you are allowed to pay mortgages off early.
