Are they so deranged that they believe what they say or if they did answer correctly it would destroy the narrative flow?

I would have lost it after the second non-answer and the "Not my area of expertise" crap. I would have straight said, because I've done it before, What is you area of expertise? Why are you here? Are we wasting our time here? Are you empowered to make any decisions? If not, who is? so I can get them into this meeting and stop wasting all of our time.

I watched an interview with him about questioning leftists in these hearings & he said all he does is look up public statements the person had made in public & social media & ask them questions about those statements. He said it is not hard & pretty easy to find material for his questions. This guy is going places.

I have never seen someone who knows how to get under the left's skin with such a calm and steady stream of speech. Usually a man can't pull that level of subtle snark off but he has the magic touch. You know these people want to just run up there and claw his eyes out. It is beautiful the way he crafts the most simple questions and observations into bear traps.
