There is the beaucoup evidence of 10% for the big guy (emails, bank accounts, shell companies, testimony) but they all say it's not evidence.

It's like the lottery... The funds can only be used towards education... But the lottery funds allow for funds that would go to education to be directed else where... Technically the 6b will be spent in food medicine etc .. freeing up funds for Israel terrorizing
