Im MAGA, but that whole recording is suspect. We have the back of some guy and a car with RI plates.

Appears to be the Northampton County Pennsylvania Courthouse in Easton.
As I said in other thread, there are other postmasters in the county. The Volvo driver is almost certainly NOT the Easton postmaster.

It was terrible footage. I heard the cop telling him, what I thought, not to film in there.

What else could that be? In what circumstances can I bring in a tray full of ballots? They need to identify this person. He claimed to be from the post office but was driving a Volvo. Sure, sure!

There are 13 other post offices in the county. I got bored going through them. I ruled out about half of them. A decent number of them are chicks.

There are all kinds of videos all over YouTube of “auditors“ who go into federal buildings (including post offices) trying to get either Postal Service employees or cops to kick them out so that they can sue. The law is very clear that these post offices are public spaces and anyone is entitled to film inside the public area of a post office.
What you have to watch out for are cars coming in the back entrance with Democrat postal workers taking these ballots without anyone being able to observe. Now that this video is out, you know this is what’s going to be happening.

In PA? Only way for someone to bring your ballot for you is some sort of disability.
So unless he's taking a batch from nursing homes or some similar equivalent, it's likely fraud.

If the out of state RI. plates are verified to be fake and the car was a late model Volvo, there`s about a 100% chance that was not a postal worker and we have voter fraud obviously.

So they leased the car a few days ago and the county is claiming it's "literally the Postmaster." I don't care if that's true or not - there is no chain of custody here, suspicious actors shuffling around with their heads down looking scared to death that they're doing something they shouldn't be and an aura of illegality. All that the county's post tells me is that they are likely in on this, too.
