I am Catholic also. Why do other Christian denominations always refer to us as non Christian??? What is their issue with Catholics?
Friend sent this to me

Marca claims that Pope Francis' net worth is valued at $16 million, despite the fact that he declined a salary. His net worth is determined by the office's resources and perks rather than individual income. The pontiff's institutional privileges included an official residence, five cars, and international travel plans at his disposal

Her son, Damian, gives his approval, lol.

Damian—who is Hurley’s only child, whom she shares with her late ex Steve Bing—and Cyrus follow one another on Instagram.

To that post, Hurley’s son Damian Hurley reacted with five red heart emojis; to his mom’s apparent hard launch with Cyrus yesterday, he used emojis again, this time commenting with “????.”

In the photo shared to Instagram April 20, Hurley and Cyrus—wearing a pair of bunny ears, in light of the holiday—lean against a wooden fence on a farm and share a kiss. Hurley captioned the post, simply, “Happy Easter” with a red heart emoji, and the post was set to the Elton John song “I’m Still Standing.”

Elizabeth Hurley and Billy Ray Cyrus went Instagram official with their new romance.

The Bedazzled bombshell, 59, appeared to confirm the unexpected relationship on Easter Sunday with a steamy social media post showing her kissing the Achy Breaky Heart crooner, 63.

Hurley looked completely smitten in a plaid shirt, cowboy hat, and faded jeans as she leaned against a rustic fence and flashed her signature megawatt smile—while Billy Ray, dressed in full Western gear and a pair of floppy bunny ears, leaned in for the smooch.

I posted a few days ago that two of my packages (one from California and one from Mississippi) had no issues traveling thru the postal network until it hit the New Orleans facility. The packages were “ in transit” for 5-7 days at the Nola facility.
I called and filed a claim ( did not speak to a real person), just submitted my tracking number, etc…
Well, my filing a claim worked! The next day my packages were delivered!
Excuses, excuses!

[quote]Recent reports indicate that some residents in the New Orleans area have experienced USPS delivery delays, particularly after packages reach the New Orleans distribution center, with some packages even never leaving. However, as of March 26, 2025, no major service disruptions are currently reported in Louisiana.

Here's a more detailed look at the situation:

Recent Delays:

Some users on Reddit have reported experiencing delays after packages arrive at the New Orleans distribution center.
One user mentioned packages sitting for days at the center, with one package never leaving.
These delays have been noted since January 1st, with some packages experiencing major delays.

Possible Causes:

Some users speculate that the delays may be related to changes implemented by the Postmaster General, Louis DeJoy, aimed at increasing efficiency, but potentially causing issues.
Other factors that can cause delays include traffic, staffing fluctuations, severe weather, natural disasters, and changes in carrier routes.

USPS Response:

USPS officials state they are committed to providing the best service possible and consider the safety of employees and customers a top priority.
They are closely monitoring the situation and will continue to update customers until the situation returns to normal.

How to Stay Informed:

You can check for service alerts and updates on the USPS Service Alerts page: LINK /.
You can also call the USPS customer service center at 1-800-ASK-USPS (800-275-8777).
Current Status:

As of March 26, 2025, there are no reported disruptions in Louisiana.
However, it's always a good idea to check for service alerts before mailing or shipping items.[/quote
]
Is this the reason why my packages are still in transit from the New Orleans Distribution Center for 7 days?

I totally agree. Not sure why they are withholding that information.
Yeah, lol. Wasn’t that in January?

Crazy how my packages have traveled through the system from Utah, California, Mississippi with no issues, but somehow have been delayed/ in transit for over a week since they have arrived at the USPS in Nola.

Does anyone know a postal service worker that can explain what is going on?
Huh? What?

This is what came up when I typed in why are there delays with the USPS in New Orleans.

USPS packages in New Orleans may be experiencing delays today, March 25th, due to the increased activity and logistical demands surrounding the professional football championship game.

Someone posted this earlier that they know someone who is subbing for the mom of the driver. The mom is a teacher at a Slidell school.
