They're addicted to the contrarian viewpoint. It makes them feel special.

They’ll be back on the Epstein train next week, they don’t have much else to ride on. And even that ride is stuck
Posted on 6/15/26 at 10:40 am to hawgfaninc
They don't think they are wrong, so no, they won't figure it out anytime soon.

You guys are seriously trying to take a victory lap on this Iran deal?
Obama level foreign policy.

I say this as someone who is thankful we just exited Iran without a ground war: you realize every concern that was voiced when we started the Iranian conflict ended up playing out as warned?
Once they didnt collapse after we assassinated their leadership we had to choose between a ground war or a negotiated settlement because Iran threatened the entire global energy market.
We are objectively worse off in nearly every way than we would've been had we just hit their nuclear dust again using airstrikes and left again which is exactly what all of the diehards were told was a likelihood and now you're trying to take a victory lap because we didnt send in tanks to get our young men shot up in another middle east hellhole?
This was a mistake from the moment we doubled down because Israel was going to escalate and we werent ready to tell them no.

No, they don't get tired of it. Look at the first reply to your thread. Now they're crying because you're saying it. But they'll keep on getting it wrong because it's all they can do.

All that and I’m not tired of reading about it. I want more, Bigly

The next obama won't be able to build back Iran like he and Hillary did.

fricking short-term thinkers

Why would they need to rebuild them, “we” just gave them $300B to do it.
The rebuild starts now.

Don’t expect honesty from people with a financial or political incentive to be dishonest.

I get called a "doomer" on here periodically, but for different reasons.
I see the trajectory of the US as a whole, and after so many years of living in the matrix I finally see the full scope of the swamp. It's insurmountable. It doesn't matter what party is in control- the only thing that changes is the overall narrative and the speed at which we travel down the toilet bowl.
I consider myself a realist. I like a lot of what Trump has done and have tried to be as objective about it as possible. I gave Biden the same courtesy, but he [his handlers] really just screwed everything up every chance they got. I seriously cannot name one thing that he did, that actually was beneficial to the USA.
But I never bought into the Venezuela and Iran narratives. I had my opinions and I was open about them, but I never thought these things would bring world destruction. I was told during Trump's first term that pulling out of the PCA and relaxing regulations was only going to ruin the planet by increasing pollution, yet during that time on our own the US reduced our collective carbon footprint by roughly 2%. Woops.
The whole world would be better off if people would just look at things for what they are and avoid the noise that gasligts and clouds perspective. Embrace independent individuality of thought, and the path upward looks even more steep but the trail is better defined

What were the "doomers" wrong about regarding Iran?
Opposing $1.50 increase per gallon of gas for 4 months?
Opposing 4.3% inflation due to the Iran conflict?
Opposing 13 Dead Service Members?
Opposing the US being the world police and doing the bidding of others?
Opposing the US spending $20B on a needless war when their nuclear capabilities were taken out last June?
