Are Americans the most misinformed and dumbed down populace in the West?

My first thought is no, it has to be some of the nations in Europe....right?
Well, we have to be honest here, let's take a look.
1) Americans are adequately informed and they made a prudent decision to place the DSA in control of Congress.
2) Americans are woefully misinformed and they ignorantly placed the DSA in control of Congress.
I mean it's one of the two....right?
I guess you could maybe go with this possibility.
3) Many Americans are petulant and highly emotional with no ability to think beyond what's roiling around in their vacuous minds. These people make decisions with no consideration of 2nd, 3rd, 4th order consequences.

Yes, and it is not by accident. From our ridiculous public education system to the now totally marxist takeover of higher education in the colleges and universities, to the corrupt corporate media, Americans are no doubt woefully misinformed about a lot of subjects that they are now going to get a crash course in the coming days.

It’s both 2 and 3. That is due to a wholly captured MSM that is an enemy to Americans as well as the shift (maliciously) in the early 20th century from a catechism and forensics style of thought provoking educational system to a progressive style learning system (learing In Minnesota apparently) and being told what to think instead of how to think.

Mass democracy/egalitarianism breeds moral and financial bankruptcy. We are no longer a republic, the Constitution is totally unenforceable at this point and therefore, many people are getting exactly what they deserve - high cost of living, political division and violence, moral intransigence, etc. because the masses wanted it. But those of us who work, pay more taxes, and have more skin in the game should not be held hostage by net consumers.

Isn’t this kind of like pouring cold water into hot water? Part heats up, part cools off. Just think where Louisiana would rank without Orleans, North Baton Rouge, and Caddo. All those 49 and 50s would likely turn to at least 25s.

We have the overall dumbest people on average. Further, their will for knowledge is not tied to sciences or other societal benefits, but care about heathen Hollywood and sports.

Then why didn't Americans learn from the UK and Europe?
A shite ton of Americans just placed the DSA in control of Congress because they were emotional and angry. I've never in my life made a proper decision when I've been angry or emotional. I've made a lot of bad ones with anger and emotion.
