While it is true that Texas has no state income tax, remember that depending on the county and school district, the property taxes here in Texas can cost a lot.
If it's truely a serious investigation (and hopefully) prosecution then let's wait and see who gets assigned the case when/if it actually goes to trial. Just with the way the James Comey case was handled left a lot to be desired for actual justice being served.

It took 50 years of revolution to finally happen but Lenin et al finally figured out that if you seize control of the critical points like the phone and telegraph offices and railway depots, you can centralize and control the whole country.
