I didn't vote. Jones and Tuberville are both useless drones. Flip a coin.

Jones was the goober that controversially won Sessions’ old seat, correct?

Only because a local radio host ran an all out boycott of Roy Moore and convinced a lot of voters it was better to have 2 years of Jones and then vote him out than to vote for Moore and allow him to become entrenched. Two shitty arse candidates honestly

Why is it a shrug? Tuberville is solidly conservative. Jones is solidly leftist.

Seems like an easy choice depending on which policies you support.

True. But every Doug Jones voter has a sign in their yard. the 4 million other people are all Tuberville voters.

This. Very few people left or right liked Roy Moore.

Not sure that was ever proven fact.

Either way, solid Republican Alabama voted for a Democrat because the Republican candidate was accused of being a pedo.

Democrats were faced with the reverse choice, and their pedo candidate got the most votes in history.

The suburban Jones voters have been insufferable over the last week or so. Just spamming Facebook and IG with Doug content and acting like they are so superior. Looking forward to seeing them really disappointed tonight. Jones had no interest in getting cross over voters. He just wants to maintain his blue dot in a red state prominence to MS Now producers.

That said, Tubs ran a really lazy campaign and not really terribly excited about him being governor. I think he likes being the big fish in the small pond and won’t really bring in real change. ALGOP has been amateur hour with their support of the bigger races.

It's not going to be close. Tubberville will win with about 60-63% in his favor.

voting doug jones and red the rest of way down. Tubbs may or may not even qualify based on his living arrangements but he definiely cant name the 3 branches of government. Would rather have Dougie not be able to do anything due to super majority in state legislature than tubbs doing God only knows what kind of damage to this state. Being a coach for Auburn and being trumps little yes man in washington doesnt make me feel great about him being a governor.

The best thing that couple possibly happen is Jones winning and the Alabama GOP waking the frick up. They can frick off with their shitty candidates like Tubbs and Roy Moore. I hoped they learned their lesson after that fiasco but alas, here we are.

Tubbs ran a similar campaign to Lois, expcept it wasnt 9/11, it was just trump

Is it just me or are these the typical people who posts "ITS THE GUNS" memes when there is a school shooting, typically indeed by whites. But when there is a shooting like at the Magic City Classic, well, crickets. 'Must not call out minorities'.

Nailed it. They run shite candidates because they can. I’d say we deserve better, but I’m not sure that we do.

So you’d rather hold a state hostage for 4 solid years while nothing is accomplished? You don’t see the damage that would do to the state? You’d rather have to continually override a Doug Jones veto via the legislature to get anything done? The knots you morons tie yourselves into is just fricking wild to me. Let’s grind the entire state to a halt for 4 years so asshats like you can have a fricking hill to die on.
